Heard good things and they used to be good but unfortunately I have had constant bad experiences recently. I was working down south for a couple of months so had to drive up for my appointment, the drive was 5 hours and when I got here, they told she my appointment was cancelled as per my request. I never asked for it to be cancelled and I was also never informed of this decision. I had to wait 2 hours to be seen and then drive back 5 hours straight afterwards to work the next day in horrible rush hour traffic. The annoying thing is this isnt the only time. There is always something, either appointment cancelled, running over an hour late, calling several times to change the time. I might be very unlucky but it was been pretty constant. I also recently had an appointment, I was in there for 4 minutes and nothing at all was done but looked at my teeth and asked if I used a manual or electric Toothbrush, I was asked this 3 times in the 4 mins. He also said he wasnt going to do an xray as he did this last time. However because my appointment was 2 hours late due to the cancellation thing, my appointment was rushed and they said they messed up on the xray and didnt have the files and didnt have time to redo them so im not sure if they some how found them when I left or if they just didnt want to do an xray this time. Either way, a 4 minute appoint for nearly £30 is very frustrating. I hope this is the end of my bad luck with this dentist
